I grew up very insecure of my smile due to the judgement I got from dentists when I was still learning how to care for my teeth. Due to wisdom teeth pain, I had no choice but to face my fears and make a dentist appointment. Absolutely all of the staff in Burlington Dentistry were extremely kind, patient and had no judgement. From the store manager covering on reception, to the assistant that did my x-rays(Mr. Guerra), to the assistant who cleaned my teeth, and to both Dr Ram and Assistant Deborah who took care of my cavity. Everyone was patient and explained absolutely everything that was going on in my mouth to me. I wasn't left in the dark for procedures or cost/payment plan(Which also weren't bad in this economy). Everyone was willing and happy to talk to me, which helped me feel more comfortable with everything going on. I never thought I'd write a review for a Dentistry, especially considering my bad reputation. Burlington Dentistry helped me break my fear of the dentist, and my smile.
